About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to connect business needs with technology, leveraging data and insights to drive meaningful IT solutions. What You'll Do

  • Gather and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, document reviews, and process mapping.
  • Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to define true business needs.
  • Deliver artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and interface designs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT SMEs, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Drive discussions, challenge assumptions, and propose data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of BS/BA in IT or related fields.
  • 3–5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Solid, ground-up Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
