Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

● Drafting and Disseminating Updates:

○ Write and send internal announcements regarding product updates, new product

developments, system downtimes, and technology freezes.

○ Collaborate with product, technology, and other teams to gather the necessary

information for these communications.

● Maintaining Communication Channels:

○ Update and manage internal communication platforms such as CleverTap, M360,

GMail and GChat

○ Ensure that information on these channels is current and easily accessible to all

team members.

External Partner Communications:

● Managing Partner Updates:

○ Review and edit communications intended for external partners to ensure clarity

and accuracy.

○ Secure approvals from management before sending out any communications

regarding platform or product maintenance and other updates.

○ Distribute approved communications to external partners in a timely manner.

● Developing Communication Materials:

○ Create and maintain templates for various partner communications to ensure

consistent messaging.

○ Assist in developing guidelines for all external-facing communications.

● Gathering Feedback:

○ Communicate with partners and other stakeholders to collect feedback on the

communications they receive.

○ Use this feedback to improve future communications and meet partner needs

more effectively.

Qualifications:

● Minimum: 1-3 years of experience in communications, stakeholder management, or a

related role, preferably in dealing with B2B Customers.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
