About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier/Barista to join our growing team at Zenella Food Trading in San Miguel Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and preparing coffee and other beverages for our customers. This full-time role is integral to the success of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately operating the cash register, handling cash, and processing payments
  3. Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
  5. Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
  6. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier or Barista, preferably in a retail or food service environment
  2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling
  4. Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
