We are seeking confident, outgoing, and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our onsite team. This role involves proactive outreach to healthcare employers in the U.S. who need recruitment services not just responding to inquiries. You'll be responsible for prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and navigating high-rejection conversations with resilience and professionalism.
While we welcome Registered Nurses with sales talent, our priority is to find excellent communicators who can own the conversation, thrive under pressure, and are not afraid to hunt for leads and negotiate contracts. If you're energetic, persuasive, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to healthcare employers seeking staffing and recruitment support.
- Independently prospect, identify, and connect with potential leads (no lead list provided).
- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations and build long-term client relationships.
- Present tailored recruitment solutions based on client needs.
- Handle contract negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends, staffing needs, and industry insights.
Qualification and requirements:
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably in a service-based or consultative sales role.
- Confident, outgoing personality — someone who thrives on the phone and keeps conversations alive even after rejection.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRMs.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to hitting sales targets.
- Willing to work onsite during U.S. night shift hours.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (PH license acceptable) with a flair for sales.
- Experience in healthcare staffing, outsourcing, or working with U.S.-based hospitals or clinics.
- Background in BPO, recruitment services, or healthcare outsourcing.
Note: While healthcare knowledge is a plus, we're more interested in sales-savvy communicators who can build relationships and close deals. If you're persuasive, fearless, and can handle rejection with grace, we're interested, regardless of your background.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills – Must be confident, articulate, and able to navigate rejection while keeping conversations alive.
- Proven Outbound Sales Experience – Must have experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals without pre-provided leads.
- Strong Personality – Must be loud, outgoing, and persuasive — someone who thrives on building relationships and driving conversations.
