POSITION TITLE    : Computer Technician

I ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

A.  IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR

TITLE : TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER

II.  PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the TTL.  Responsible in receiving and releasing customers' needs whether through phone or walk-in inquiries.

As company's front liners, leads the enhancement of Company's image by providing effective customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction at all times.

III DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Services

Assists customers in adopting Company's products and services to their own requirements and specifications.

Provides useful and practical services to customers by attending to their concerns such as inquiries, service modifications and complaints in accordance with the Company policy.

Enhances corporate image by projecting friendly, reliable and professional Computer Technician as the front-liners of the company.

Receives/releases and attends customer needs whether through phone or walk-in inquiry.

Explains in detail, charges and other pertinent information before proceeding with the repair.

Orient customers to present receipt and repaired unites to avoid delays and problems.

2.     Technical

Advise the Branch Manager/Technical Manager promptly of any situations in customer handling beyond his scope of authority.

Reports to and discusses with the Branch Manager/Technical Manager all important technical matters and problems.

Follows on every Job Order (J.O.) forwarded to proper channels.  Does a time-to-time check on job orders to prevent any of them from pending in repair.

Diagnose and repair computers

Administrative

Helps in maintaining the cleanliness and presentability of the area at all times.

Systematically files all documents and transactions.

Maintain harmonious relationships with co-workers and establish professional and friendly rapport with customers at all times.

Follows company rules and regulations
