This role keeps the operation running on time. The person you hire will be the one quietly watching the details others take for granted: attendance, schedules, overtime, and daily workforce movements. It's a mix of monitoring, analysis, and steady follow-through, and it matters because small misses here become bigger operational issues later.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily attendance, call-outs, late log-ins, and real-time variances across the team.
  • Validate and update timekeeping records to ensure accuracy before payroll cutoffs.
  • Plot and maintain agent schedules, ensuring proper staffing coverage across shifts.
  • Track overtime requests, approvals, and actual hours rendered before forwarding for payroll and billing.
  • Generate daily/weekly workforce, attendance, and productivity reports for internal leaders and clients.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and HR to address attendance issues, irregularities, and schedule conflicts.
  • Assist in preparing billing-related data, ensuring that records are complete, accurate, and properly validated.
  • Support workforce planning activities such as leave forecasts, schedule adjustments, and shift optimization.
  • Escalate real-time concerns (spikes, shrinkage, unexpected absences) and recommend immediate course corrections.

Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce management, real-time monitoring, or timekeeping preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters more than speed in this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with numbers and reports.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed when operations shift quickly.
  • Strong communication skills; able to coordinate with different teams and follow through on action items.
  • Willing to work onsite and follow required schedules, including occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
