JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A. Collections Activities Implementation

  1. Ensures that all daily, weekly, monthly, and all time-based Collection activities are executed properly, consistently, accurately, and within schedule as defined in the Collections Policy and all related Collections Manuals and Memos. Core tasks include checking and monitoring daily accounts reconciliations versus certificates, checking the accuracy of billing report and ensuring its inclusion in ERP,

  2. Strict compliance to collection policies and procedures for AFP Product such as classification of accounts according to ALIP reason, identification of UA/SP based on schedule submitted, adherence to protocols for deleted/unclaimed accounts, deceased and re-marriage accounts.3. Submits all necessary reports including preparation of AFP Delinquent/Billing status, Non-Starter and Write-off Summary. B. Adherence to Standard Operations Protocols

  3. Follows the defined Standard Operations Protocols in handling individual work schedules and task assignments as it impacts the overall efficiency and process turn-around-time of the team.

  4. Contributes individually to maintaining a stable Operations Service Supply Chain by immediately raising operational concerns and work-related red flags which may impact the team or another functional group within the Operations department. C. Records and Documents Upkeep

  5. Ensure on-time and accurate reporting, documentation, filling and storage, and submission of all relevant reports as defined in the Collections Policy and related Collections Manuals/Memos

D. Kaizen Special Projects

  1. May be assigned to work with the Collections Supervisor and/or CCD Manager to review relevant Collection's policies, manuals, and Standard Operations Guide to influence operational efficiency and improve bottom-line achievement of Collections KPIs E. Others

  2. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: College Graduate/College LevelYears of relevant experience: With at least 3 years of collective exposure from any of the following industries: Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management, Underwriting, or Sales of a Financing Product

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tarlac City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
