About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and persuasive Sales Closer (Account Executive) to convert qualified leads into paying clients. You'll work closely with our Business Development team, handling warm prospects, conducting presentations or discovery calls, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over qualified leads from the Business Development or Lead Generation team.
  • Conduct product demos, client presentations, or proposal discussions.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM or sales tracker.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding after closing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales closing, account management, or similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and able to handle objections effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently.

  • Flexible hours, but must be able to coordinate with the sales team as needed
