Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Preparation financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations to track financial transactions.
- Provide schedules for tax reporting to ensure compliance and timely filings.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and audits.
- Monitor accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Two to three (2-3) years working experience in accounting department.
- Accurate and keen to details.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., juantax)
