As a
Panel Assistant
, you will help manage the companys online panel community by maintaining website operations, assisting panelists, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a digital operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support panel management operations, including website and application activities.
  • Handle panelist inquiries, point exchanges, and account concerns through online platforms.
  • Document processes, update databases, and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist the VP for Global Panel & Partnership Development with panel management tasks.
  • Use internal tools for efficient panel and data operations.
  • Monitor panel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in administrative tasks and team meetings.
  • Maintain a professional and responsive approach in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Interest in web operations, blog management, or social media (SNS) administration is an advantage.
