Company Description

A fast growing restaurant chain is opening a branch at BF Homes, Paranaque. We are building a team of dynamic individuals who will be the pioneer team for this branch. The Supervisor will lead the store in its brand and sales targets.

Role Description

This is a full-time Store Supervisor role, based on-site in BF Homes Parañaque. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tasks include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining store standards, implementing policies, and providing hands-on support to the team. The role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with team members and customers
  • Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to prioritize and enhance the shopping experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with staff and customers
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar supervisory role is preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours as required
