We are looking for a Corporate Planner who will play a critical role in shaping the company's direction through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update the company's corporate plans and strategies in alignment with long-term goals.
  • Facilitate business planning sessions and assist departments in setting and cascading KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate organizational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and forecasting to support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for the Executive Committee and Management Team.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, programs, and policies across all business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment of plans at the regional and branch levels.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or strategy development (preferably in retail, automotive, or related industries).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge in data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
