Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate nursing courses in accordance with the CHED curriculum and institutional standards.
  • Supervise students in related learning experiences (RLE), including clinical duties and community health exposure.
  • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with course outcomes.
  • Guide students in research, case studies, and thesis writing.
  • Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain academic records, submit grades on time, and uphold the institution's policies and code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse (PRC Registered).
  • Preferably with a Master's degree in Nursing (MAN/MSN) or currently pursuing graduate studies.
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital/community) and/or teaching experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, ethical practice, and lifelong learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
