Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from French- and English-speaking customers in the North America retail market.
  • Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolutions to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, product information, returns, and account-related concerns.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent communication and service.
  • Adhere to quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training to continuously improve product knowledge, process expertise, and language proficiency.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in handling diverse customer needs.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Minimum B2 proficiency in the French language
  • Amenable to start immediately
  • MUST BE A FILIPINO CITIZEN
