BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance or any business-related field.
  • With excellent communication, presentation skills, in-depth sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • With intensive knowledge in managing branch operations.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of setting and achieving performance targets.
  • At least three years of experience in a managerial level from a financial organization.
  • Familiarity in Savings and Credit Cooperative Operation, Credit Management, Accounting and Financial Management is an advantage.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or any related Masteral courses is an advantage.
