Position Overview

Are you a top-tier Pre-Construction expert in the Philippines? This could be the opportunity of a lifetime.  

We're searching for the best of the best—a seasoned professional with 10+ years in residential construction and proven success on U.S.-based projects.  

In this pivotal remote role, you'll lead our pre-construction efforts: reviewing architectural drawings, preparing accurate estimates and material take-offs, and working directly with U.S. clients to set every project up for success.

You will work closely with our design, estimating, and executive teams to ensure all deliverables meet the standards of high-end U.S. residential construction, particularly in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Drawings & Design Review
2. Review and refine construction-ready drawings for quality and accuracy - Coordinate with internal and external design teams to ensure alignment with client vision and U.S. construction standards - Contribute to improving drawing standards and workflows
3. Estimating & Take-Offs
4. Lead detailed estimating and material take-offs for custom residential projects - Collaborate with the U.S.-based estimator to validate scope and costing accuracy - Ensure constructability through field- and documentation-based knowledge
5. Client-Facing Communication & Support
6. Participate in client coordination calls as needed - Help communicate technical details, timelines, and design expectations - Support project buy-in through clear documentation and visual presentations
7. Process & System Development
8. Help build and refine pre-construction templates, estimating tools, and design documentation - Streamline and optimize the pre-construction process for efficiency and quality

Qualifications: 

• At least 10 years of experience in residential construction or architectural support.
• Strong exposure to U.S.-based projects and clients (Florida experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of construction documents, estimating, and project planning.
• Proficient in using Buildertrend.
• Proficient in architectural drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and estimating software.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in remote collaboration with U.S. teams .
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code
• Experience working with high-end or luxury residential builds
• Knowledge in interior design coordination or visual rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion).
