Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (AU time) 7:00AM to 3:00PM (PH time)

They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on project tasks, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality designs.

About the Role

The Senior Architect will work as a key project team member, supporting design development and documentation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously while collaborating with a highly skilled and creative team. A strong understanding of Australian standards, compliance requirements, and construction methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of innovative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit primarily with extended software capability such as Enscape, Adobe suite, desired.
• Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including schedules and specifications.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Australian building codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Assist in coordinating design requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, design consultants, and project managers to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Support the integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements into architectural designs.
• Provide technical support during project meetings and assist in resolving design challenges.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation.
• Maintain high standards for design and documentation consistency.
• Participate in virtual project meetings as required.
• Assist in addressing stakeholder feedback and incorporating revisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Architecture.
• Full architectural licensure.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
• Experience supporting projects from concept design through DA submissions to tender and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Other software such as Enscape, Adobe Suite, Sketchup desirable.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools is highly desirable.
• Expert knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
