Join our dynamic team at Advanced Accounting and take the lead in managing tax compliance, client communication, and fulfillment processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee tax preparation & review (individual, business, trust, and nonprofit returns).
  • Review client books and financial statements; assist with bookkeeping corrections.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses to questions and notices.
  • Monitor TaxDome pipelines, Trello tasks, and workflow tools to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review and resolve rejected returns, extensions, tax estimates, and 1099 forms.
  • Supervise and support the Concierge and bookkeeping staff with client and admin tasks.
  • Create new processes, pipelines, and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Propose improvements in spreadsheets, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Act as the point of escalation for tax-related inquiries and client situations.

Qualifications

  • CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) is a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax preparation experience.
  • Strong background in business advisory, client management, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Knowledge of U.S. tax laws and compliance (federal & state).
  • Experience with TaxDome, Drake, QuickBooks/Xero, or similar platforms a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with offshore/onshore teams.

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
