Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (may include weekend shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our growing support team for a Shopify-based e-commerce business in the health and wellness space. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in delivering excellent service across multiple channels. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while collaborating with a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, product inquiries, and account-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems.

  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and positive brand experience.

  • Collaborate with the wider support team, some of whom communicate in Tagalog.

  • Stay up to date on company products, policies, and promotions.

  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate to the appropriate internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in e-commerce or Shopify-based customer support.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a neutral accent.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with health, wellness, or supplement products is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Shopify, support platforms, and related tools.

  • Work Hours: Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time), including potential weekend shifts.

  • Remote Setup: Strong internet connectivity, reliable computer, and professional home office environment.

  • Customer Mindset: Passionate about providing outstanding service and problem-solving for customers.
