Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the management.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively present and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Engage in other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (Automotive industry or related is preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to start ASAP
