Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.

-3–5 years of experience in telecom operations, preferably in CLS or network operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

-Strong knowledge of network equipment, fiber optic systems, and monitoring tools.

-Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Technical Skills/Expertise:

-Intermediate to Proficient knowledge in Operation and Maintenance

-Intermediate to Proficient knowledge in project implementation/ of CME, OSP, -Submerge Plan and its standards

-Certification in network operations, fiber optics, or cable systems.

-Experience in preventive maintenance, fault management, and network monitoring.

-Ability to analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management.

-Knowledge of domestic network infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
