About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Admin VA to support our client with administrative, order management, and sales-related tasks. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders, invoicing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process 7–10 customer orders per day.
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional customer support.
- Familiarize and stay updated with product brochures and materials.
- Perform invoicing and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Use Excel to track data, generate reports, and analyze information.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support and inbound call handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, basic analysis).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
- A background in sales will be considered an advantage.
