JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Infirmation Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- With proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and common office applications
- Has basic understanding of networking principles
- Familiarity on ticketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With strong dedication in providing exceptional customer service.
