We're looking for a skilled
BIM Modeller
with a specialization in
MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing detailed BIM models for various projects. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure our designs are accurate, coordinated, and clash-free.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed
    3D BIM models
    for MEPF systems from concept to completion using software like
    Revit
    .
  • Perform
    clash detection
    and resolution to ensure seamless integration of MEPF systems with architectural and structural components.
  • Generate accurate
    2D drawings
    and schedules directly from the BIM model.
  • Collaborate with project teams to review and implement design changes.
  • Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    BIM Modeller
    focusing on MEPF systems.
  • Expertise in
    Autodesk Revit
    is essential. Experience with Navisworks or other clash detection software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of MEPF principles and construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with
    hospital/healthcare, data center, or cleanroom projects
    is required.
  • Knowledge of Australian standards and codes
