JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for new team members who understand the construction work, have good shop drawing and communication skills. Our company will provide a BIM Training Program to successful candidates to level up their BIM skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The BIM modeler will join the BIM supporting team to support Shimizu's International Construction Projects.
  • Using Revit to develop Architectural & Structural BIM models during the construction stage to follow company standards, project requirements, and construction practices.
  • Using Revit to generate Architectural/ Structural drawings from BIM models for construction work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree in Architectural or Civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in making shop drawings and 4D construction simulation is an advantage.
  • Experience in M&E modeling is an advantage.
  • Having broad knowledge of Construction detailing works is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Familiar with Navisworks program and Dynamo application is an advantage.
  • Experience in BIM on an actual construction project is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates is also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php40,000.00 per month
