We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at the Victorian Placement Agency. What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using various software and digital tools to support customer service activities
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
