Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (healthcare account experience is a plus).
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (eligibility, claims, billing, or medical terms) is an advantage.
- Can work well in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with good typing and data entry skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- At least a high school graduate (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).
