About the role

Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is seeking a talented Marketing Student Intern to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of market research and analysis, contributing to the overall marketing strategy of our fast-growing organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, insights and opportunities
  2. Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  3. Supporting the creation of marketing collateral, including reports, presentations and content
  4. Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to drive marketing objectives
  5. Participating in market research projects, data collection and analysis
  6. Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Currently enrolled in a university or college, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  5. Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  6. A keen interest in market research, marketing trends and the property development industry
