Sorren Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time CAS Manager This is a remote position, but will require in person training in Makati from time to time for new hire orientations. This role works U.S. hours (PH Night Shift).

Your appointment as CAS Manager shall be on a full time basis. As CAS Manager you shall perform the following functions:

• Years of Industry Controller or 5+ Years Audit Experience, Preferred

•    5+ Years of US GAAP Reporting Experience, Preferred

•    Experience with Ramp, Bill, Gusto, QuickBooks Online is a plus

•  Effectively supervise, train and mentor seniors and staff. 

•  Develops areas of technical expertise to become a resource to the firm.

•  Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects.

•  Ability to engage clients in discussions about the strategic and operational effectiveness of their organization.

•  Manage and perform engagements on budget and on time.

•  Effectively delegate to all levels of the CAS team staff and encourage team members to make determinations and take responsibility for their contribution to the CAS department.

•  Prepare monthly client billings for the engagements in which you lead. Responsible for realization on assigned clients and can effectively explain variances.

•  Work with Tax Department to coordinate the delivery of CAS services to the US tax team.

•  Effectively communicate with team members, and when required, with clients from the US in a clear and concise manner.

•  Participate in weekly meetings with peers and leaders from the US to review assignments, feedback, and issues.  Communicate outcomes to the Sorren PH team and provide necessary education or retraining.

•  Supervise workflow and assignments for staff to ensure maximum productivity.

•  Regularly review performance and productivity reports, offering feedback to staff as needed.

•  Provide quality assurance checks on work assignments, deliver feedback to the staff, and provide subsequent education or training as necessary.

•  Evaluate forecasts against capacity to support scheduling and workflow balance.

•  Offer coaching and guidance to team members, including conducting reviews.

•  Additional responsibilities as assigned.
