Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential one-on-one counseling for employees with personal or work-related concerns
  • Facilitate small group sessions, psychoeducation programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-ups per internal clinical standards
  • Conduct regular floor engagement to build rapport and promote mental health services
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to urgent support needs

Qualifications

  • Valid license:
    RPsy, RPm, or RGC
  • Master's degree:
    MAPsy
    or
    MAEd in Guidance & Counseling
  • 3 years of experience in mental health counseling or employee wellness
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC on a night shift schedule
  • Warm, engaging energy suited for wellness workshops is a plus
