We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic mental health interventions for clients
- Coordinate with the company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
- Assess clients' mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems

- Currently taking a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field;
