Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth in the mental health care industry.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking therapy, providing empathetic and professional support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails with helpful and caring responses
  • Proactively engage with clients on our waitlist to facilitate timely scheduling of therapy sessions
  • Gather essential client information to effectively match them with suitable providers
  • Accurately document client details in our systems to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients through active listening and clear communication
  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop expertise in introducing and promoting our services to individuals, clinics, and companies
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work
  • A patient, friendly, and professional approach with clients, even in challenging situations
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technologies, including CRM/EHR systems and Google Workspace
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Sales experience is not required; we provide comprehensive training
