Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Warehouse Head to lead our warehousing and distribution divisions. You will be responsible for overseeing all material flow—including inbound, outbound, and inventory management—while driving operational excellence through process improvement and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep background in logistics, a "customer-first" mindset, and a proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business goals. Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure seamless inbound/outbound flows and high-quality service delivery.
  • KPI & Performance Management: Implement and monitor critical KPIs including productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and on-time delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S. Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration (WMS/ERP) to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage the operations budget and implement cost-saving strategies. Maintain rigorous inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
  • Team Development: Mentor and manage a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance. Oversee workforce planning and performance reviews.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary contact for major clients regarding operational performance. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce OSHA and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and digitalization tools (e.g., MS Teams, Power Apps).
  • Lean or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or APICS (CSCP/CPIM) certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both floor staff and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in Automotive Electronics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Supply Chain and Logistics: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Automotive Electronics Industry: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
