Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with License is an advantage)

· With at least 1-year work experience as Quantity Surveyor for Land Development Works

(experience in vertical construction is an advantage)

· Proficient is MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Autocad 2D

Job Description:

· Knowledgeable in the preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities

· Able to read and interpret plans, specifications and bid documents

· Familiar in construction procedures, sequence of work and other work methodologies

· Perform other duties as may be assigned

Salary/ Compensation Package:

· Good starting salary with bonus/benefits (Health Insurance, SSS, PAGIBIG)

· Can be promoted as Regular Employee

Location Assignment:

· Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City, Rizal

Work Schedule:

· Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

· May render overtime work if required
