Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).
Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations according to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory and alert management when supplies need to be replenished.
Decorate and finish baked goods using glazes, icings, and other toppings.
Follow health and safety guidelines (including allergen protocols).
Develop or improve recipes in collaboration with the baking team.
Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale.
Ensure timely production to meet daily demands and customer orders.
