Job Description

  • Handle export, import, and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department for delivery, pick-up/pull-out, customs processing, and carrier booking.
  • Prepare Shipping Instructions (SI) and other required documentation for import, export, and domestic shipments.
  • Update monitoring sheets for export and import shipments in a timely manner.
  • Send pre-alerts to clients for both import and export shipments promptly.
  • Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to clients, counterparts, and relevant parties.
  • Prepare and send shipment and monitoring reports to clients as required.
  • Investigate and report incidents involving damaged cargo.
  • Create House Air Waybills (HAWB) for export shipments.
  • Generate monthly Sales Production Reports.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Customer Feedback Log Sheet.
  • Create and update the Customer Information Sheet (CIS) as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
