Location: Easy Cebu (near Sto. Niño and CCLEX)

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8 hours/day

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will handle cashiering, online order management, social media customer engagement, and order fulfillment. The role includes generating reports, encoding data, assisting in inventory, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed. You will also help the store reach its sales targets and may be assigned to other duties when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cashiering and process customer transactions accurately
  • Manage online platforms for order taking, customer inquiries, and order updates
  • Fulfill and coordinate orders for pick-up or delivery
  • Perform encoding, data entry, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock monitoring
  • Support social media posting and basic customer engagement online
  • Maintain store cleanliness and assist in merchandising when needed
  • Carry out other administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in cashiering, online selling, or customer service is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets; strong computer skills
  • Basic social media management skills
  • Fast learner with good work ethic and diligence
  • Highly dependable, passionate about work and committed to excellent attendance
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to multitask
  • Willing to take on varied tasks to support store operations
