Service Advisor-Dalandanan

Job Description:

• Monitor target achievements
• Conduct pre and post follow up calls to customers
• Contact customer in case additional repair is required and provide information on status of repair. Handle phone calls on service matters
• Check the finished motorcycle to see if all the repairs conform with the job order
• Review warranty and ESRC claim, ensure proper process is done
• Facilitate customer orientation during MC unit release
• Conduct actual inspection of service shop including tools, equipment, cleanliness and orderliness of workshop area
• Assist branch manager in handling customer concerns until resolution
• Comply with the company policy and procedures
• Follow 5S standard
• Recommend programs that will boost after sales performance
• Perform other related duties that may be assign from time to time and other functions that management may issue occasionally.

Job Qualification:

• At least 1 year related work experience
• Computer literate
• Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity
• Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable in repair and maintenance
• Knows how to drive motorcycle
• With driver's license
• Knowledgeable in customer handling
• Technical knowledge in motorcycle operations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Good Oral and Written Communications Skill
• Willing to work on shifting schedule/ weekends
• Must be willing to be assigned anywhere/relocated
• Service Advisor is expected to meet management expectations at all times
