  • Accepts all request for motorcycle repairs and prepares job order.
  • Collects service coupon for all motorcycle units under warranty or free service as defined by the suppliers per motorcycle brand and ensure proper accomplishment thereof in order to collect from suppliers.
  • Handles all warranty claims to customer and must coordinate it properly to supplier.
  • Conducts consistent follow-up regarding the status of customer warranty claims and provide feedback to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and update.
  • prepares technical and warranty report for units under warranty claim.
  • Handles all customer complaints and coordinate it to the concerned personnel for necessary and immediate action.
  • Ensures satisfaction of all customers who availed motorcycle repair and other after sales service.
  • Submits periodic report and documents as required by the head office.
