The Business Analyst Future Leaders Program (BA FLP) is designed to accelerate the careers of talented graduates by giving them full ownership of meaningful, high impact projects from day one. As a BA, you will get the chance to work directly with and be mentored by top-level management on key initiatives that will shape the strategic direction of the company, allowing you to make real contributions right from the start and developing you into a future leader of Billease. What does a Business Analyst Do?

  • Takes end to end ownership of cross-functional projects that drive tangible results
  • Manages key stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Collaborates with top management to shape the companys strategic direction
  • Receives one-on-one mentorship from C-suite level management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Graduating at the top of your class from a course in a related field (Management, IT, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, and others)
  • Proficient in interpersonal communication, adept at stakeholder management.
  • Thrives on creative problem-solving, with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with quantitative data.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
