Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to support our project teams and quality assurance functions. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining documentation, supporting QA processes, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and QA support to site-based teams.
  • Prepare and manage quality documentation, reports, and formal correspondence.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining project management systems.
  • Upload and organize documents in both hardcopy registers and EDMS.
  • Support engineers in preparing Construction Area Plan folders and Work Pack folders.
  • Monitor construction lot status and assist with lot closure visibility.
  • Track and report on Quality KPIs and ensure compliance with project procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in engineering or any related course with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, TeamBinder).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and quality teams.
  • Understanding of project management systems and quality assurance principles.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
