SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process orders accurately and timely across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
  • Handle lost/damaged claims, FBA/FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal purchases.
  • Oversee listings, pricing, account health, and monitor high-risk orders.
  • Manage chargebacks, disputes, and resolve customer/order issues.
  • Maintain sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, maintain SOPs, and organize resources.
  • Track competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions for adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience.
  • Skilled in managing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok.
  • Digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM & paid ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, content strategy.
