TRADE MAERKETING ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns tailored to specific channels or regions.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as POS (Point of Sale) displays, brochures, and signage.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. Provide data-driven insights to optimize trade marketing efforts.

Retail Execution:

  • Ensure effective in-store execution of campaigns, including merchandising and promotional displays.
  • Monitor compliance with branding and campaign guidelines across retail outlets.

Channel Partner Support:

  • Collaborate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Assist in planning and executing joint promotional activities with channel partners.

Budget and Reporting:

  • Track and report on trade marketing expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities to ensure seamless execution across channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With at least 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and retail environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

  • Monday – Friday / Day shift
  • Work location: Ortigas Pasig
  • Company: FMCG

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
