Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 70,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM UK Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all company website content and functionality.
  • Create and execute social media content strategies across all company channels.
  • Design artwork and creative materials for advertising campaigns and promotional use.
  • Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Create visual content including graphics, promotional materials, and brand assets.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations with minimal supervision.
  • Build and scale the marketing function as the company grows.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance across all channels.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills with ability to create professional advertising artwork.
  • Website management capabilities and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills for content creation and client interaction.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous marketing work and creative design capabilities.
  • Bonus: Experience with paid advertising platforms and campaign management.
  • It helps if: You're familiar with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
