JOB SUMMARY

The Accounts Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience for new food service customers. This role bridges sales, operations, and customer service to set up new accounts, confirm product needs, establish ordering procedures, and ensure customers are fully prepared to do business with Global Pacific. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the fast-paced food distribution environment.

ACCOUNTS ACTIVATION FUNCTION:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts during the onboarding process.

· Coordinate with HRI or Key Accounts Sales Representatives, Credit, Operations, and Customer Service team to set up customer accounts accurately in the system.

· Collect and verify customer information, including credit applications, delivery schedules, and product lists.

· Ensure pricing, product catalogs, and terms are properly configured for each account.

· Collaborate with sales teams to transition accounts from onboarding to regular account management.

· Support company initiatives to enhance the customer onboarding experience and streamline workflow.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • New account activation rate
  • Time to first order
  • Customer satisfaction (new account surveys)
  • Retention rate within first 90 days

Qualifications:

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1–3 years in food service distribution, sales support, customer service, or account management preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food service operations, products, and logistics is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
