Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Guidance Counselor (LGC) with a valid PRC license
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or related field (Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling preferred)
  • With or without related work experience (experience in school counseling preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Senior High School and College student profile and developmental needs
  • Willing to work onsite at our North Caloocan campus
  • Must be committed to promoting the academic, personal, and emotional welfare of students

  • Strong counseling and active listening skills
  • Ability to administer and interpret psychological tests and assessments
  • Clear and empathetic communication (both written and oral)
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Competence in organizing guidance programs, seminars, and student activities
  • Strong ICT skills for documentation and e-guidance services
  • Values-driven, approachable, and student-centered approach
  • Ability to collaborate with faculty, parents, and school leadership
