WHAT IS A TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Our awesome client, a leading veterinary and pet services provider based in Australia is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to be part of their team.

  • You will work closely with our Finance, Inventory and IT stakeholders to help support and continue to grow our ERP platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the analysis of business requirements to prepare specifications for development and support the business on any configuration and advise required for our ERP solution.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Work closely with Business Systems Manager and assist in driving agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement and backlog prioritization across different products

  • Create \ Analysis of business requirements to develop technical specifications in the form of user stories with adequate acceptance criteria and other supporting artefacts

  • Working closely with the development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment of features/bug fixes into production

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and team to find and present the right solution options and designs to solve key problems.

  • Analysing business and system processes to continuously improve process reliability and system stability

  • Mapping requirements to technology product functionality

  • Develop test cases & execute testing

  • Problem solving and application support

  • Provide knowledge sharing, documentation & training for support teams & user groups

  • Review of solutions provided by support teams and / or vendors and recommend changes a required

  • Identify and communicate technical risks and dependencies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central

  • 10 years of experience in Business Analysis

  • Experience in providing support for retail or financial service industries

  • Open to work in a hybrid set up
