Assistant Store Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Supervisor to join our Power Mac Center team in Xentro Mall Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and directing all store activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Providing hands-on leadership and support to the store team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Monitoring and analysing store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive sales and operational efficiency
• Ensuring the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting in the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional initiatives
• Collaborating with the Store Supervisor and regional management to achieve store and company objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry
• Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional shopping experiences
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performing store team
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to identify and implement data-driven solutions
• Hands-on experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and regional management
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
