Job Description:
  • Assist in the preparation and recording of financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
  • Support payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and assist in monitoring cash flow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents and reports.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department.
  • Assist during audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
