Finance Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee daily finance operations including disbursements, billing, and reporting.
• Review and verify financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with management regarding fund allocations.
• Lead and mentor Finance Staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.
• Recommend improvements in financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and use of accounting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
